A weekend for kids who love to think, to ask “why?” and to discover how the world around us works.
They can look forward to hands-on science experiments, playful explanations of how things connect, and a healthy dose of movement in the form of NERF battles.
A small group (max. 4 kids per instructor) means plenty of space, support and truly individual attention.
With us, kids immerse themselves in exploring the world around them, ask questions, experiment, think – and experience that moment:
„Aha… so that's how it works!“
It's exactly this moment, when a child connects the dots and understands something for themselves, that builds healthy self-confidence, the joy of discovery and trust in their own thinking. And it's this feeling the kids take home with them.
This experience doesn't happen by chance…
It happens because we give kids exactly what they need for real discovery:
- Meaningful experiments and activities. We don't put on experiments „for show“. The kids try things themselves, ask questions, look for connections and understand what's really happening in the experiments.
- Enthusiastic instructors who genuinely understand science. Richard studied natural sciences at Cambridge and won the national round of the Chemistry Olympiad. Jirka won the national round of the Biology Olympiad and is a co-founder of a biotech start-up awarded the Czech Head (Česká hlava) prize in 2024.
- A small group and strong individual attention. Thanks to a ratio of at most 4 kids per instructor, everyone has plenty of space to ask questions, try things at their own pace and go deep wherever it interests them.
- Intrinsic motivation instead of pressure. We never force kids into anything. They can choose what to focus on, and they learn that discovery comes from their own curiosity – not from obligation.
- A programme that adapts to the kids, not the other way around.
If they feel like investigating all day, they can. If they need a change of pace, we add in some movement or a game. We watch the group's energy and tune the programme to it.
It's not about what the kids already know. What matters is the desire to think, ask and discover.
What's in store for them?
The main focus is biology, chemistry and physics activities that help kids understand the world around them – while having fun at the same time.
Concrete activities:
- A dissection with expert commentary (optional – everyone chooses for themselves)
- Experiments in biology, chemistry and physics
- Building simple electric circuits
- Playful mini-lectures that tie the experiments together
- A NERF battle and active games as a natural rest for the brain

Our approach to children
Read this if it's your first time with us – it will help you understand how we think about children and why we do some things differently.
At our events we share with the children our enthusiasm for the things we love, and together we create an inspiring environment. Children can join in whenever they want – we always offer them help, encouragement and room for their own pace and ideas.
But we never force them into anything. We see them as fully-fledged human beings who have the right to decide how they want to spend their time – even if they just want to step aside for a while or rest with a phone or tablet. Our priority is that they feel good and enjoy what they do, not that they live up to adults' expectations.
We're happy to talk with parents about how our environment can be as beneficial as possible for their children. At the same time, we respect that taking part in activities is always the child's free choice – and even the times they choose not to take part can be an important part of their learning and self-discovery.
If it were important to you that your child takes part in activities at any cost, our events probably won't be a good fit for you. We give priority to respect and voluntariness over pressure and obligation.
